Golf Dome: ACC Business project

Hello everyone,
My name is Matthew I am a second year college student at ACC and currently working on a year long assignment called Business Project. As part of this assignment a group of people have to pick a business that they think will be successful and complete a professional business plan for that business. My group and I are tossing around a few ideas and one of them is a Golf Dome in Brandon. In order to determine if this is a suitable idea we need to know what the interest is.
