Help! Unknown cell #

So tonight when I was finished my shift I looked at my phone and had a forward from a number that wasn't from my contact list. So I texted back and (like usual) asked, "who is this?" Reply I got "Ur neighbor". So this is all fine, but I don't know any of my neighbours around here and as we kept texting back and forth, this person was giving my hints, but I have no idea who it is!! This person said I gave him/her my number (when I asked how they even got my number!), wouldn't tell me their name and was dead set on the fact that they knew me.
So...if anybody out in ebrandon world knows a person with the phone number 1-204-851-1347...please PLEASE send me a PM or let me know. I know I could just ignore this person but I'd like to know who it is and if I actually DO know them. They also said "Am I scaring u? Cuz u better be scared" Not that it scares me too much...but why is this person so determined that he/she knows me?!?!
