What kind of jewelry?

I am not sure in where in Brandon that you can get lapis lazuli other than Michaels in the corral center..I know they have some in a smaller bead style and you can get them a bit larger in Souris at the rock shop. As for jewelry, what kind are you looking for? I myself make wire wrapped rings and pendants. Or you could take it to a local jeweler and see what they can do!
