Ionizing Hot Tubs
7/30/2016 at 10:27 PM
a couple of years ago, we stayed at a "Bed and Breakfast" called "B-Say'Tah Point in Fort Qu"Appelle, SK. They had a hot tub that was neither Chlorinated or Salt Water. He used a process called Ionizing.
What we knew for sure was we could enjoy the hot tub for several hours and have no chlorine smell on our suits or skin and we didn't need to shower afterward. The system kept the water very clean and clear.
We have been in many different types of hot tubs and this was the best one by far. How ever the system works, it was a great way to unwind after a hot day on the golf course which was the reason for our stay and trip.
I do believe that this Bed and Breakfast is still opened and I believe the owner would be more than willing to share the system that he is using. My wife and I are thinking of a hot tub in the near future and I would actually like to go back to this place for another stay and to find out how the hot tub works again.
Good luck.
