Renting Pasture Questions

We have just sold all our cattle this summer and are going to be having our pastures for rent next spring just wasn't to sure what people are paying for rent and on what kind of agreement. Is it better to go on a per head per day for the season or just a flat rate per acre. Our pastures are all fence with high tensile electric with amble water and some bush and creeks though out. any info would be appreciated
