    Does anyone know who one would contact or how to go about having an outdoor party at dinsdale, a schoolyard or an area big enough for the big blow up bouncy house/slides? TIA

    I think you call the city parks dept. For park bookings like that. I think they look after the school yards too.

    Having it at a public place outdoors might invite others to come and play, if they don't realize it's a private party. What about a hall with yard space?  
     
    I know booking a school gym is through the city so I assume the playgrounds are too (if they even do that?)  
     
    There'd have to be a power outlet somewhere though....not sure if all parks have that?

    Shady Lane Tea Room does catering and/or hosts outdoor and indoor parties (such as birthdays, weddings etc) on their spacious property. They have a huge beautiful yard, with lots of room for bouncy houses, and are only 2 miles east of town on the transcanada. Doug & Diane the owners are very accommodating!
