I don't think there's any place locally anymore to buy one, at least since A Wing and a Prayer closed down. I usually get mine from Stephanchew's in Winnipeg when I'm in town. But I think they will ship out to you if you have an idea of what you want.

If you don''t care if they are new, you can also often find them in the jewelry section at Value Village. I''ve actually found a couple of very nice vintage ones there, not expensive either.
