Where to place a classified ad in the Winnipeg market

If a local Brandon business wanted to post a JOB OPPORTUNITY classified ad in Winnipeg on a site similar to ebrandon.ca, is there anything there that someone can recommend???
Spending $1,000 to have our ad run in the Free Press and get no results is a poor value proposition!
I know ewinnipeg.ca didn't really take off (yet) or I would have automatically posted it there...
Just curious to know if any ebrandon members can suggest anything... Any help would be much appreciated... Thank YOU!
