I'd say 98% of my clients are great people, thankful, understanding, & appreciative for the work that I do for them. But then there's the other 2% that I'd love to tell where to go. The snivelling whinny, expect everything for nothing 2%. The one's that screw up what I work hard on, bring it back, and expect me to replace it on my dime. I remain professional, swallow my words & pride not wanting to upset them. Not because I give a dam if THEY step through my door again, but more so of the people they would tell, even though they were clearly in the wrong.
To those sucky, little 2% whiners,
you know who you are.
If someday you order a glass of apple juice, drink it, then decide you wanted orange juice instead, don't expect the restaurant to pay for it.
If someday you buy & paint your house blue then decide you wanted white instead, don't expect the paint store to pay for it.
If someday you are stupid enough to buy new shoes and wade through pig sh-t and then decide you should have bought rubber boots, don't expect the shoe store to pay for them!!!
If someday you come into my business and expect me to fix your mistakes...
