Why are there so many bad managers in this town! I am sick of seeing managers treat their workers like crap! I have seen way to many managers act like their employees are worthless. I have managerial training myself so I know that it can be tough at times to please everyone. However, if you are a manager you're supposed to be the one setting the example and encouraging the team, not saying mean comments to employees that make them feel worthless! I have seen this over and over at different Brandon (and yes more so in Brandon than other places I have been) businesses and organizations, i guess some people let the power get to their heads!
