Having a terrible time cancelling my flight. Has anyone dealt with them. I can not get anything out of them. Call, email begged and pleaded and nothing is happing. I do not want to lose my money. Help?

Well I hate to be the bearer of bad news but your money is pretty much all but gone. All these shady 3rd party resellers are the same. You won't be able to reach someone, in fact there is likely very few if not only one person. They are all the same. A couple years ago my husband and I and another couple went on vacation. We booked directly through the airline and they chose to use a company called Cheap O Air. I remember them telling us how they got such a better deal. Well needless to say we all got to the airport at 5am and they had no tickets or even a record of the booking... So in the end they paid substantially more. Not saying that is always the case but booking through these resellers you are really taking a risk to save a couple bucks. I am going to assume you didn't do any searching on the company before. I just looked quickly and there are lots of people in your same situation. Best to avoid those shady resellers unless you really do your due diligence. Again sorry and hopefully that is not the case but it most likely is.

I ended up in the hospital and couldn’t make my flights. Spent 3 days basically on hold, was told I needed to fax in medical documents proving I couldn’t leave so I did that. They told me they’d let me know once they figured out if I’d get my money back and I never heard from them again. I’m sorry you had to deal with them too!

I'd never heard of them, but according to lots of travelling people, you're sadly not alone - link below lists pages and pages of travel forums using edreams as a basic forum search. Sorry to hear this, but a good warning for others.

Check your credit card. Many credit cards give you some trip insurance.
