Who is going to fix the damaged section of 1st Street?

When is the sink hole/pot hole at approximately the 1200 block of 1st Street going to be addressed?
I don't know if this a City of Brandon problem, or if it is Highway's responsibility, but its getting ridiculous.
It seems every couple of days that this road nuisance is packed full of gravel or some other substance, and then redone again by the middle of the next week. We need a fix that is going to last longer than a week!
Two lanes of traffic are affected by this, and the right hand lane has a pretty deep hole in it.
Come on, and whomever is responsible for this, give your head a shake and fix this dangerous and potentially damaging section of street once and for all !
