I'll be broadcasting from the Wood Fire Deli this Morning about 8 am.. we'll have a host of local guests on Open Mic between 9 and 10 to cover Scare Crow Days and some local attractions .

I highly recommend a visit to the Hillcrest Museum which is located right near the Swinging Bridge. Beautiful historic building that also includes a large butterfly/moth/creepy bug display. Worth the visit.

Pizza at the woodfire deli is worth the trip alone. Have a nice 9 hole golf course and a train driver simulator which is supposed to be great. If you are a rock hound or looking for a unusual gift. The Rock shop has some very nice things at reasonable prices. There is also the gift shop and flower shop which have unique gifts. A new art gallery has recently opened.  
If the weather is nice souris also has a nice pool with flumes. Thats not even mentioning the famous swinging bridge and peacocks . For a town its size Souris has alot to offer and only being 40 mins a way.A great idea for a day/afternoon trip
