Westjet flights

I was looking at Feb. flights returning from Calgary. It now seems there is an additional flight leaving Calgary at 8:15 pm arriving in Brandon at 11:16 pm.
Have I been the only one living under a rock and did not know this? The last I knew of any changes were those seasonal Toronto flight changes.
