I am wondering if anyone can help me with a small favor. As each area of the World had it's own way of cooking, I was wondering if anyone might know any recipes that are specific to either the Brandon area or Manitoba as a whole. Could be dessert or entree, no matter, I'll take them all. I noticed that in the Recipe column, that there isn't a heading under Manitoba cuisine.  
 
I have collected and tried recipes from various regions that I have lived in, but have not yet found anything for Manitoba except perogies!  
 
My sister who lives in Ontario also collect these, as she does International Food Parties every 3 months and enjoys trying new things.
