Highway 10 Roads

Just throwing it out there . For the landowners that were affected by the passing lanes the highways put in on highway 10 north of Brandon . Im just wondering if the caveat they placed on your land when they brought it has been lifted or is it still in place. We just found out after 4 years since the passing lanes were put in our caveat is still on our property , Anybody else with the same problem.
