Any Married Ladies Having to look after Maintenance of Home by Themselves?

Other half does not care that much about home maintenance. I hate to be gender crazy, but I have no clue. He claims to know everything, but it never gets done.
Furnace filters, roof, gutters, peeling paint....
Any suggestions are welcome.
