Need help writing book

Hi everyone, so I need help writing a book, I would love to write a story of my life, I know sounds boring but everything i have been through in my life will make for a mindboggoling, autobiography of my life........... But I know that i will not be capable of writing it myself and have no ideas of how i would publish it etc. any help would be appreciated.
