Here's an update...I notice that as of 2010 he is on the list ! Thanks to whoever got the paperwork in ! http://www.cfff.ca/en/fallen/alpha.php  
 
He's not on the 2009 programme so, I assume, that he will be part of the 2010 ceremony.
