little food if any, they must have had flashlights that they would have used sparingly. would have been a nighmare if they were completely dark for any lenght of time, water from the underground river that was blocking them.
the 25 year old coach must have been a hero to these kids. as a group to come together and maek a plan for survival, rationing battery, food, water, and keeping hope and spirits up.
it will be interesting to hear the testimonials of survival form these kids once they are fit again. " |

While I agree the fear they must have and still do feel must be intense! That has been a long time for sure.
I am sure it has been pretty much dark the entire time they have been gone until now. I doubt they would have had more then one flashlight and little to zero food with them.
I also think the coach, who is no hero, should be held responsible for endangering 12 kids. What a stupid thing to do. Take them deep in to a cave to write their names on the wall? You got to be kidding. These are not tourists they know not to go in those caves at this time of year. It was very risky and dangerous. He's 25 years old, hes not a kid. So stupid and easily avoided.
But yes will be interesting to hear their stories once this is all over. Praying no one else has to lose their life...
