There is some controversy about how to wear a disposable mask...blue side in, or out...the internet gives conflicting answers.. what have you heard?

Mask pleats

The pleats on a mask ( viewed from outside of mask) are to face down for better movement.

Up over your nose. Still seeing lots under the nose when they are inside businesses. Are they doing any good?

I have even seen a person with a mask on but a cigarette hanging over top.

I wear one for work everyday and I work in healthcare. So I should know.

Also the top of the mask has a metal edge. This goes over your nose and you bent it onto your nose.

If you have gaps on the sides of the mask tie a knot at the end of the ear straps to shorten and snug the mask onto your face.

As you bend the metal part over your nose use the other hand to pull mask below your chin

Always hand sanitize before and after touching the mask.
