Sorry, I misread your post…it sounded like there was at least an outside chance you would consider voting CPC if they had the right leader…..

in Canada you don't run for Prime Minister, first you have to be elected party leader. Then you have to win a Federal Election!! This isn't the United States!!  
 
Also for anyone interested, he's been called Skippy for many years. This is in 2013 by the Ottawa Sun. Even back then he was proving to be a lier!!

If he wants to acknowledge his Christian base and actually respect it, he would know that many Christian traditions while observing Lent refrain from exaultations such as that and save them until the Easter season, which is still a month away.  
 
As a Christian, I was actually quite insulted by it. I would have been insulted no matter who did it. I perceived it as self-serving and not in the "spirit of the season".
