OMG, I cannot believe I just used an acronym like OMG.
But seriously, how the heck is this legal? Citibank in the states is trying out a new fee: If you don't use your credit card in a certain time, you get charged a fee. If you don't have at least $2400 debt on your credit card, you get charged a fee.

How many times do people have to shoot themselves in the foot, allow other people to shoot them in the foot, before we determine that perhaps we don't deserve feet.
