Water Main Break?

Sorry couldn't find a decent place to put this under so whatever, here goes then.
I am up in glendale and currently have Zero water. Tried to call the city water department and get transferred to mailboxes that refused to let me leave a message unless i knew the number of the person i was calling despite the fact I had been transferred to said number. Does anyone have any clue? Is there a water main break or am I just an unlucky sod?
