How can Kyoto solve anything if it doesn't apply to the U.S. and to the developing countries in the world?
China is about to become the largest producer of greenhouse gas emissions this year and they have signed on with Kyoto. The only problem is that they are a developing country so they are exempt from controlling these emissions. So what was the use of even signing an agreement with them?

Why should Canada destroy it's economy cutting back emissions if they very countries who are the root of the problem aren't even doing anything to solve the problem?
I think something needs to be done but how can we do anything if our largest producers of greenhouse gases are the ones who are not even on board.
