Figure it out..... Someone mentioned it.  
 
There is a reason why this huge mess was left out in the parking lot and not in garbage cans where garbage usually goes.  
 
No respect for the venue.  
No respect for ordinary manners.  
Just a total lack of respect to the City of Brandon.  
 
I'm sure the event was a huge success. And probably made a bunch of money for those involved. Especially the fast food joints. But if the users can't respect the venue I would show them the door for future events.

Yes people litter. Yes its disrespectful and rude. Yes it most likely the visitors to that particular event, be it by outright littering, garbage bins tipping over and blowing around, or just general lack of upkeep over the weekend that ended with a bigger mess on Sunday. No one is excusing those that littered. Its wrong. Quit it if you do. But the keystone is responsible for the clean up. If need be they can tack on an extra fee next year for any extra clean up, or they can remind the organizers to remind their guests to clean up after themselves. Coming on here to complain about is just that, useless complaining. The Keystone isnt likely too upset considering the amount of money they just made this weekend from this huge event, not to mention the businesses in Brandon, with hotels booked a year in advance and at capacity, all the shopping and restaurant business, etc...and given that this has been a yearly event for decades now and mostly uneventful.

If everyone is so worried about it then instead of complaining , let's go spend an hour there and clean it up....

while you are right that it up to the keystone center to deal with the mess and whether this group is allowed back (if they are any worse then any other group)or any other action the business wants to take but coming on here and complaining or discussing does serve a purpose, it reminds all that think dropping a small bit of stuff does add up when everyone does it!!!! (whether they were at this event or not) the rest of us find the mess selfish and shameful, so if you did it at this event or another event, think about it next time you are too lazy to find a can
