Amidst the growing Islamophobia and division in our world: one year since the terrorist attacks in Paris, France, Lebanon, and Turkey: one year since the short film "Letter to a Terrorist" was released: and tonight, Donald Trump was elected President of the United States.  
 
In times like these when hate and pain and suffering are so loud that it's deafening.. what can we do?

I'm curious to hear from Brandonites about this project.  
 
First, whether people agree that activism (like creating short films like Letter to a Terrorist) can help to combat Islamophobia.  
 
And the message from the filmmakers that we are all different and it isn't fair stereotype all Muslims.  
 
I think it's an important conversation to have - especially considering the results of the American election.
