Why is it that more and more people don't think that they need to pay attention to pedestrian crossing signals or otherwise known as crosswalk signals when they are out walking...
Maybe you didn't have power in your previous town and therefor don't understand what the purpose of that red hand and walking person are for... so let me explain it to you...THE BRIGHT RED HAND MEANS DON'T WALK... THE PERSON THAT LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE WALKING MEANS IT IS SAFE TO CROSS THE STREET... or otherwise walk...NEXT WEEK we will have our next lession which will explain the meaning of the Flashing Red Hand...
