It seems that this worked (sort of) for another poster, so its worth a shot. On Feb 27 on 26th & Vic a black firebird turned left in front of my daughter and was struck by her on the passengers side. The firebird did not stop but a witness did. The witness got a good des:cription but no plate number. Under MPI rules she gets stuck with the deductible even with an independant witness unless the offender is found.  
 
So if anyone sees or knows of a black firebird with damage to the passenger side I would really appreciate a message. Its not fair that she gets stuck with this!

It's worth a shot. But just be forewarned that even if you do find the person, by the des:cription of the accident and unless the other driver takes full responsibility, even with a witness it may be a 50/50 claim. With that each person would still be responsible for their own deductible.

And because of the witness MPI already said she is not at fault.
