Anyone found new potatoes for sale

It’s a bit early yet.

We are eating new potatoes out of our garden already, a little bigger than golf ball size

Just planted mine two weeks ago. I like to let them get bigger than golf ball size but each to their own. I need them for winter storage rather than getting new potatoes.  
It was difficult to find seed potatoes this year with no disease.

The eating potatoes were just generally terrible this year. Lots of decay and black spots. It didn't seem matter if they were store-bought or if I got them from the farm.  
 
I imagine the seed potatoes were similarly afflicted. I picked through the last of my farm potatoes for seed, but even then it was pretty dicey and I even had a hill that hasn't grown at all despite I know there's 2 potatoes in it.  
 
Edit to add that it wasn't a storage problem. I can 50-70lbs of potatoes a year, and there was a lot to trim last fall or else you'd end up with black spots. Even then, you couldn't always see it until they were par-cooked, and you were picking out bits you missed as you filled the canner. Growing conditions I guess.

you can 50-70 pounds of potatoes? sounds like a good idea...do you use a pressure canner? (I have one) I'd like to try canning potatoes..can you give me a bit of info how you do it...(potato size, time you can it for, what type of liquid etc.?) thanks

Except I don't bother with the colour change solution - I just keep them submerged until par-boiled and have zero issues. And I use a 1/2 measure of salt (no salt was nasty, and I don't noticed much taste difference with full salt).  
 
I have a dial gauge so I do it at 11lbs for the specified time. I generally do quarts.  
 
Allow between 2-3 lbs of unpeeled potatoes per quart, depending on their condition. The end product will yield you about 2 1/4 lbs of potato per jar. I have an 8 quart stock pot, so I know it filled to the handle rivets will give me a full 7 quart canner load.  
 
My family especially loves them drained and then lightly fried.
