Giant vegetables

So far I have harvested a potatoe[Russet]that weighs 3+7/10 lbs,roughly 11+5/8
inches long.A white potatoe that is 3 lbs and roughly 11+1/4 inches long.A orange carrot that is 11+1/2 inches and a purple variety that is 11+1/4 inches long.
Any one want carrots?I am not sure how they will keep in the root cellar as this was my first year growing carrots.
