We moved into a new house late last summer and didn't really have a chance to turn over the garden before winter hit. We don't own a roto-tiller (yet) but I was wondering if anyone might know of someone who does roto-tilling for a decent price. I've had people suggest contacting C&C or Home Depot to rent a roto-tiller but my car doesn't have a hitch and we don't have a trailer.
