pond help please

I am sure there must be others out there with ponds. I have a small pond(about 200 gallons) and I'm having such a problem with green water. I have tried barley extract,phosphate reducer,clear fast etc. with no real success. I have 2 filters running and an air pump. there are 4 6" gold fish and 3 koi in the pond. they are happy enough but I would like to be able to see them,lol. any suggestions really apreciated.
