I have a large tree in my back yard that is literally raining little grains of sugar. So sticky that it's making us unable to use our deck. Is there something wrong with my tree? Would sure be a shame to get rid of it!

I have similar trees in my yard and believe they are a Russian maple. But don't think anything is wrong with your tree. Just it's natural cycle.

I have noticed with the heat lately it's as if the trees are sweating or condensating something. Our vehicle gets covered in little sticky drops and if I stand under it you'd think it was starting to drizzle out.

My poor vehicle is drenched in this sticky crap. I can't see out my windows. So tempted to cut the damn tree down.

Yes it's the aphids. The dragonflys and ladybugs are doing their best to consume them. Kill any ants around your property too. They farm them and help protect them

Our car has been covered in sticky goo all summer. I washed it last week after getting fed up of having sticky hands from touching the door handles and it was gross by the next day. I'm gonna skip the $10 wash and just do the windows at a gas station haha
