Last week while I was out walking my dog at Brandon Hills I noted with disgust that someone had killed a deer at Brandon Hills and left the gut pile off to the right hand side of the parking area right next to a half dozen empty beer cans of Lucky Beer. I know that hunting is not allowed in the Hills after the deer season which ended the first week of December. I'm not sure who is killing animals there in so overt and illegal a fashion but I have my suspicions. Does anyone know if the local Conservation Officers either patrol or periodically visit Brandon Hills in the winter time?
