Patterson Lake is a fantastic trout fishery, and is very good for fly fishing. It is maintained by the Fish and Lake Improvement Project for the Parkland Region. It has been stocked over the last 4 years with Rainbows and Brown Trout.
Some regulations on it are:
Artificial Lures only
Electric Motors only
One Trout Limit
The Lake is located 6.5 kilometers straight North of Oakburn, MB.

The FLIPRR lakes are artificially aerated and are open as soon as the ice is off the lake. You do not have to wait for the regular season to open to begin fishing this lake, just have to wait for the ice to be off.
