I'm confused how it is Skips fault your order is wrong or missing items? They have nothing to do with it. You place or order, the restaurant confirms and makes it and someone from Skip delivers what ever the restaurant made you. They don't open and verify your order they just show up, pick up and deliver what the restaurant made.
And for the tipping as already said you can put any amount you want or they have made it easier for you to pick 10, 15 or 20%.
The drivers have always been good for me. A few of the restaurants have been crap but that has nothing to do with Skip. Just wish there was more selection as the restaurants that are on there, most are just average to crap.
