By definition, I'd think that 'homemade' perogies are not federally inspected, so good luck with that.

Must be looking to re-sell ?

Myself, I'm looking for really really good cabbage rolls, for my own consumption .... Perogies are OK, cabbage rolls are great.

Check with the Ukrainian shop in the town center. He sells them both and more.

Check out Tendercuts on 18th street. They have perogies, cabbage rolls and lots of other excellent products. That place is my go to place for all meat products.

Can’t beat a good homemade sauerkraut perogy, ya know the ones with just sauerkraut in them, sometimes a bit of bacon! Anybody know where to get some?

The OP is asking a perfectly legitimate question. It is only legal to sell 'home made' goods that are prepared in a commercial kitchen (there are a few exceptions for non-potentially hazardous foods at bake sales and farmer's markets etc). The commercial kitchen will be provincially inspected though, not federally.

There is a Ukrainian store on the 300 block of 10th street. West side. Very unassuming. But they have some great stuff in there.

Many Hutterite colonies have federally inspected plants for their eggs, meat etc. I used to get perogies from one near Winnipeg. Maybe there is one near Brandon?
