you look at dietdoctor.com it has great menu's to use. There are a few really good keto people on youtube as well that will explain things. There's also a video on Netflix that will motivate you as well.
I have tried countless things and never EVER have I felt this good. I work out for almost 3hrs a day (1.5hrs in the am and 1.5hrs after a long day at work). I am off all the hype "fat" burners and still eat out at almost any restaurant I want, just have to modify to no buns or fries....not too hard. The biggest challenge for me was the "Keto Flu" I got on day 3! I almost quit cause I was miserable, pissed off, starved and had a massive headache all day. Day 4 came, I felt a little better. Day 5 felt like a new person and have never looked back. I was a massive sugar and carb guy! 1 candy cone, bottle of pop, bag of dorito's and a mars bar for an hour drive. I started at 235lbs and now am just under the 200lbs mark. My wife is about 20lbs lighter and she doesn't do any workouts and isn't near as strict on the diet as I am.
I know I'm totally off topic of the original question, but I've never been this excited and passionate about any of my weight loss experiments. It sounds a lot harder than it is and don't let the meal prep deter you! I cook all my meals on a saturday afternoon for the whole week and just freeze and microwave through the week (as I don't have time to cook during the week). If you have any questions, feel free to pm me, I am not an expert....just someone that has real experience and results.
