My family uses a Tiger brand rice cooker/warmer and it's really good. They're heavy duty and they're the ones used by those who eat rice on a daily basis. Our rice cooker is on 24/7 and it lasts for at least 5 years. If you don't use it all the time then it will for sure last even longer. It's more expensive than the regular ones though. The quality is really good as it keeps the rice nice and warm and the bottom slightly crisp but not burnt.
Take it from someone who is a "rice is life" person.
Here's what it looks like:

We have almost the exact same one, just a larger capacity, and it has never disappointed us!
I'm lazy when it comes to rinsing rice (as in I never do), and never have I ever had rice stick to the bottom and it's a breeze to wash after.
Often the bottom gets browned if we leave it in the warming setting too long, but not to the point of tasting bad at all.
As others have said, they are pricier initially, but worth it in the end! The steamer is another bonus- I love being able to throw my rice and veggies on and walking away to get other stuff done while it all cooks.
