Shredded cheese doesn’t belong on a poutine

I really like Komfort Kitchen’s poutine, really good gravy and fries with actual curds. But whenever I crave it the place is closed
Mary Browns poutine is surprisingly amazing. Get it with the taters and curds. The taters soak up all the gravy so you don’t get any limp fries like everywhere else, the curds are always gooey and the gravy is chicken based like out in Quebec
