They are for sale this weekend 50 lb for $10. Great price I just which they were red potatoes. I find the white ones much drier in texture then the red. Still a good buy though.

Where/how do you store them so they don’t get bugs or rot?

Potatoes in a cool , dry , dark place but protect from freezing. I put mine in a big box layered with newspaper in my mechanical room. Bugs shouldn’t be a problem in storage. The hardest thing for some reason in Canada is preventing them from trying to grow which usually begins in February.

On Friday they were set up just off the service road on the west side of 18th Street North, across from Kelleher Ford. They were selling pumpkins as well as potatoes.

I have driven up to the north hill twice today , & nobody`s there ! What happened ? We support the Lion`s Club every year & would love to again . Does anyone know what the probablem is ? Help !

Is this correct ? In all the previous years when in the Victoriia Inn lot they were there weekend after weekend all October long. Maybe just sold out untiill tomorrow, or next week? Can someone from the Lion`s Club let us know? We don`t subscribe to the Sun.

I also saw on Twitter that they were sold out. There's lots about this year that's different. Maybe they didn't have as many? Or with potatoes being so expensive (!), maybe they just sold exceptionally well last weekend.
