How much would you charge/pay for a homemade banana loaf/bread ?

Personally, depending on the cost of ingredients at the time, I would likely charge about $5.00-$7.00 for a loaf as banana loaf/bread doesn't take much time or skill or ingredients. If it's a banana NUT loaf I would charge more cause nuts are expensive. You should total the cost of ingredients and divide it by the amount of loafs you will be able to make and add a bit for your time/labour to make sure what your charging isn't less than you spend as baking ingredients (and everything else) costs have risen extensively.

If you are selling at a 'bake sale' (ie - usually a fundraiser) or a 'farmers market', I would look at what other sellers/ vendors are charging. In those instances, you do not need to use a commercial/ inspected kitchen to prepare what you are selling, but there are certain foods that can not be sold.  
If you are selling for any other purpose, you must use a commercial/ inspected kitchen. In this case, you may have to rent such a facility, which could increase your costs. I would then look at other businesses (ie- a bakery) and see what they are charging.
