Clancys employee assaulted

Came across this bit in BPS' releases yesterday... I hope the employee is okay:

At 6:27 PM on Thursday, Police were called to a disturbance at a restaurant in the 1100 block of Princess Avenue. It was found that a male patron had assaulted an employee, after he started causing problems and was asked to leave. The employee was allegedly spit on and punched. The suspect was held by staff until Police arrived. A 34 year old Brandon man will appear in court on June 15th, 2009, on a charge of common assault.
