Lost recipe for Bulk Barn cookie mix. Help?

Hey! So I know it is a really really easy recipe but I can't remember it. Does anyone know how I can get the recipe, I think its the Sugar Cookie mix (#312) but I just don't know what to mix with it. Haha.
I have looked all over the net but if anyone knows it or can tell me how to get it that would be great.
I would go to the store but do not live in Brandon.
