Dining Out - Service is Terrible!

We went out for supper tonight and the service was so bad, again. It wasn't that busy, don't know what the excuse would be.
The last couple of times we went there, it was bad and we just wrote it off to a bad night. Gave them another chance tonight and it was worse.
They didn't even come and see if we wanted drink refills, my husband went and got them himself and the worse part they didn't say anything, just filled them up.
All the servers were standing around visiting with each other, ignoring the customers.
We dine our regularily and the service is getting worse every time.
Anyone else having the same experiences?
