Smaller Restaurants - Great Service and Food

In Brandon Chatter I posted my opinion on a great Valentines Day Dinner - "One of the Best". It was mentioned "What about the small guy?" and here it is.
When you like great food here's some other spots to try in town, and no, no one paid me to write this.
Derrick at Komfort Kitchen and staff always give great service and have excellent food, the breakfast they serve is perfect anytime of the week. Located on Princess. I hear they put on one heck of a Valentines Day Dinner as well. Derrick is a chef and has other culinary students from ACC working in the kitchen.
Dwayne at the Newfies Cafe in the Crystal hotel is also a great place to go. Daily specials with great food, you won't be disappointed no matter who you are. He cooks himself and does a great job.
Here are a few suggestions if you want to try a smaller restaurants and be guaranteed consistantly great food.
