Price for meat, what do you think?

2 questions,
Do you think you are getting a good deal with what YOU pay for meat?
If someone offered good quality meat at a good price from a small local shop would you purchase it, or do you tend to stick to companys you know, like maple leaf etc.. and stay clear of small town shops?
