ugh - what a disappointment!!

I haven't made home made yogourt for a long time so yesterday I thought I'd make a batch.
Well, I think that my skim milk powder was bad - because the yogurt isn't quite right and the powder did seem a little bit off!
So there goes 2 liters of milk and a whole day down the drain!
Dang it - and I can't get any milk powder today because the stores are closed.
AND I'm having a craving now!!
