For those that have gone so far. I am curing us to know what type of noodles did you guys have? Were they the thick noodles (lo mein) or the thin noodles (thin noodles).  
 
When I went it was the thick noodles. I personally like the thin noodles, since their lighter.  
 
So what type of noodles did you guys eat?

Yes the menu is the same but certain dishes are prepared differently. I personally like my chicken balls with batter, they no longer come that way

yeah they got rid of the chicken balls!!!!!!!!

Someone mentioned 16.95. That must of been lunch. When we went for supper it was 20.99.  
Food basically looked in the same layout but some recipes did change. For me, the potatoes skins were done different and I hated the new sesame chicken sauce.  
I also do not eat sushi of the fancy seafood so I know I don't eat my money's worth.  
I did love the chicken balls, fried rice, noodles, sweet and sour sauce. But all the things I like I can get elsewhere.  
Out of all Asian buffets they do have the best dessert options in Brandon.

okay so i guess when I went there was no chicken balls.  
 
Anywyz.. what type of noodles were there when you went.. thick or thin?

I've not been to Lees as of yet (not sure if/when I will go with the price) but I did find out of all the Chinese buffets when it comes to dessert, Kamlung's was my fav, especially with their selection of hard ice-cream (peanut butter choco-chip, cotton candy (very sweet), and Blueberry Cheesecake, yummy!).  
 
Tuesday special can't be beat from what I've seen with the price point.  
 
 
 

to Lees . went there last night . an supper was great . all dishes were filled . an if one was out they scrambled to get it filled so fast . an to the other posts that things were empty you can go back an get want you want .  
i thought supper was nice an with in reason .

I don't want to go back to get something if it is empty. I would like to eat my meal all at once, without jumping up and down.  

It's a buffet. Actually a huge buffet. You can take as much or as little as you please. If it was a 10 item buffet like Wah Le I would be mad if a tray/dish was empty for more than a few minutes.  
The buffet is huge at lee's and if you want it hot , you may have to wait or go back for some of the favorites.  
 
We went on the weekend and although a little busy for me , not the owners, the food was good a well the service.

I don't bother with them at buffets but the other half did mention that they were different now. They looked the same to me, I'd say thin? Not the big thick ones like he gets at the mall.

when I went it was thick noodles, and I prefer the thin noodles. So if they were thin when you guys went, then they are actually changing whats on the buffet on a daily basis?

I would guess they change it from time to time? Ye's did this as well with a few dishes I noticed (more so lunch/dinner options)  
 
I would assume you could order either noodle off the menu....at an extra price though of course

with cart service.
